By accessing and using the home organization and residential comfort consulting services offered by HogarConfort, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Client") and HogarConfort ("we", "our").

HogarConfort provides consulting and personalized advisory services for the organization, space optimization, and improvement of comfort in homes. Our services include, among others:

• Evaluation and planning of residential spaces.
• Recommendations to improve organization and flow within the home.
• Advice on elements that can contribute to greater comfort and well-being in the domestic environment.
• Guides and suggestions tailored to your lifestyle and specific needs.

Services are provided by appointment and may be offered in person or virtually, as agreed.

3.1. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide truthful and complete information about their home and needs.
• Facilitate access to the spaces to be evaluated in the case of in-person services.
• Implement the recommendations under their own responsibility and considering their budget.
• Make the agreed payments for the services within the established deadlines.

3.2. Rights and Obligations of HogarConfort

We commit to:

• Provide professional and personalized advice based on our experience.
• Respect the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client.
• Not guarantee specific results, as the final implementation depends on multiple factors outside our direct control.

HogarConfort's services are advisory in nature. The Client is solely responsible for the final decisions made regarding their home, including the purchase of products, structural modifications, or the execution of any recommendation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HogarConfort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or recommendations.

Our advice does not replace that of qualified professionals in construction, architecture, officially certified interior design, or mental health.

Fees for services will be detailed in a proposal or invoice before work begins. Payment may be required in full or in part in advance.

Cancellations by the Client with less than 48 hours' notice before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Given the intangible and personalized nature of our service, refunds are not offered once the advice has been provided, except in cases of a clear breach of the agreement on our part.

All material, plans, guides, recommendations, and content provided by HogarConfort are protected by copyright and are for the Client's exclusive use in their personal project. Their reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorization is prohibited.

HogarConfort reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will be effective upon their publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you substantially breach these terms.
